- Manage end-to-end client relationships, from initial inquiry through project reservation and contract signing.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, developer launch schedules, and property regulations.
We are recruiting an organized and proactive Senior Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our managed residential and commercial properties. Acting as the primary liaison between property owners and tenants, you will ensure optimal asset maintenance, maximum tenant retention, and continuous rental income yields.
